HOW TO MAKE OSSO BUCCO A LA GREMOLATA//NO WINE RECIPE OF OSSO BUCCO//EASY HALAL OSSO BUCCO RECIPE

Wine Recipes
Osso Bucco is an Italian dish, Lombard cuisine to be specific is normally made from veal shanks braised with vegetables, tomatoes, carrots, celery, etc with white wine and broth. it is traditionally eaten with risotto alla Milanese or polenta and garnished with gremolata but it depends on the regional variation. In my case I served it with penne, I love the combination as it has tomatoe sauce and gremolata gives better taste and sprinkle some parmesan cheese will even make it better. also as I don’t drink wine, I used orange juice to replace the wine and I can tell you that the taste is just so good.

INGREDIENTS:

veal shanks
whole tomatoes in can
(fresh tomatoes if you prefer)
onion
garlic
carrots
celery
orange juice
orange zest
chicken broth
bay leaf
salt
pepper
