What is “Natural Wine”? Frank Cornelissen answers in Part 2 of 2

Beginner
Natural Wine is a term widely used but rarely defined. In Part 2 of our series, Frank Cornelissen, growing and venting on Mount Etna in Sicily offers his definition of the term and insists that it goes beyond simply not using sulfites in the cellar. He addresses the problem in Italy where many wine shops were using the term to describe most all wines.
