Portugal’s Dão Wine Region: Part 2 of 2 with Sara Dionisio

Beginner
In the center of Portugal, the Dão is an isolated wine region that Sara Dionisio of Casa de Mouraz describes as being much like Burgundy in the sense that it has many small vineyards. In part 2 she talks about Touriga Nacional and the older varieties of grapes that are prominent in the region.

Sara sat with Ask a Winemaker at Red and White Wines in January of 2014.
