Poached Pears 🍐 in White Wine

This delicious Poached Pears in White Wine recipe is not only easy to make but can be made a few days ahead of time giving you more time to enjoy time with your friends during Christmas and New year. This video is Part 1 and in the next video I will show you how I serve these flavoursome Poached Pears for you to enjoy with everyone. 200ml water
400ml white wine
300g Sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
1 vanilla pod ( remove the seeds)
1 lemon ( organic)
6-8 pears
8 cardamon pods or 2 tsp of cardamon
3 cloves

Serve with ice cream or cream anglaise and chocolate.

Poach for 20-30min until your pears are soft and you can stick a knife easily through.
