What needs to be done on Mount Etna to prepare volcanic soils for planting grape vines? Winemaker Frank Cornelissen explains how he plants the area with Buckwheat in order to create a layer of organic material that will help the vines absorb a maximum amount of minerals from the thin, dusty topsoil.
