Organic Farming in Burgundy, France: Part 2 of 2

Part 2 of our series with American winemaker and organic farmer Alex Gambal where he explains the challenges he faces growing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in Grand Cru vineyards in Burgundy. It turns out that the Grand Cru vineyards are generally easier to farm than the “Bourgogne” Appellation lots that the Gambals own.
