750g Lean minced Beef
Pasta Sheets
Dried Oregano
Dried Basil
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
710g Ragu Cheese Sauce
710g Lasagne Tomato Sauce
2 white Onions
4 Large Garlic Cloves
Mozzarella Cheese
Mature Cheddar Cheese
Red Wine ‘‘Merlot’’ ( 1 Large Glass )
Salt – Pepper
HOW TO COOK TOMATO WINE MEAT SAUCE
Put Chopped Onions in a pan with oil for 5 mins on a medium heat
Add 4 large Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves
Add Mince and cook until browned off
Add a cup of Red Wine ( Merlot )
Add 1-Half Tablespoons of Onion Powder
Add 1-Half Tablespoons of Garlic Powder
Add 1 Tablespoon of Oregano
Add 1 Tablespoon of Basil
Add Half Tablespoon of Salt
Add Half Tablespoon of White Pepper
HOW TO COOK RAGU CHEESE SAUCE
Add 710g Cheese Sauce to a pan
Add a third of water in the jar
Add half hand full of Mozzarella
Add Black Pepper
PREPARE – Split Into 2 Glass Dishes
