What is “body” in wine?

Today I want to continue exploring with you the terminology of wine, with an interesting concept that is definitely worth grasping to taste and understand wine better. And this concept you’ll very often hear wine people and connoisseurs talk about, including myself, this is what we call the ‘body’ of wine. Like for people, there are different morphologies for different wines, and it’s not that some are better than others, but it’s interesting to understand which type of wine works best with each tasting occasion, or for pairing with different types of food.
