Cheese and Wine pairing: Spring Cheeses

Wine Types
In this month’s cheese and wine evening, we’re inviting members to try some cheese and wine pairings that would be perfectly suited to the Spring season; expect bright and fresh flavours and interesting pairings from the selection of four cheeses and wines.

As with previous cheese and wine pairing evenings, the cheeses will be presented by Ben from the Fine Cheese Co, and the wines by Catherine Housden of our own Tastings Team.

The pairings featured are;

Dorstone with Eruzione 1614 Carricante, Planeta 2018 & Pouilly-Fumé, Domaine de Riaux 2020
Robiola Bosina with The Society’s Exhibition Fleurie 2020
Hand-selected Pitchfork Cheddar with Greywacke Marlborough Chardonnay 2018
Blu di Bufala with Jurançon ‘Ballet d’Octobre’, Domaine Cauhapé 2019
