Wine Types
Today in culinary school we learned how Italians make homemade cheese. We learned what the cheese making process looks like from start to finish. Plus, we made a variety of cheeses with different flavoring agents.

To end the day, we finished our sommelier training with a fancy Italian wine pairing dinner. It was the perfect way to test our skills and eat amazing food.
