Clay vessels called Amphorae are becoming more an more popular in winemaking in place of oak barrels. Winemaker Frank Cornelissen talks about how he started to use amphora at his estate on Etna in Italy and how his approach has evolved. Cornelissen at with Ask a Winemaker in December of 2013.
