Testing out new homemade wine recipes is something I like to do, but I also enjoy finding and remaking really old ones too. The original recipe for the treacle wine, otherwise known as Vin de Molosso can be found in the book ‘The Queene-Like Closet’ (1672) by Hannah Woolley (Wooley 1672).
