hey home brewers,
i’m making the most basic version of a potato wine, the potato gives the flavors but it’s sugar that is fermented.
it’s the basis for just about all the potato wine recipes you will ever see.
of course i’m going to be doing some fun things with this very basic recipe so keeping it basic is what i’m after.
