Wine making process / wine making animation/ red wine vs white wine

In the European Union, the term wine refers to an alcoholic beverage made from grapes only. Firstly some of the basic terms related to wine growing, wine-producing and winemaking are explained such as Viticulture, Vinification, Oenology, Vineyard, Winery.
In common, there are five steps in the winemaking process. These are:
1. Harvesting,
2. Crushing and Pressing
3. Fermentation,
4. Clarification and
5. Ageing and bottling.

There are numerous deviation and variation which can be done during the winemaking process to produce a different type of wines but the basic steps remain the same.

Description: Bladder press with top gravity feeding shoot, press pan and wine transfer hose. To the right might be the pomace/waste bin that is switched out with the press pan allowing the grape skins/pomace after pressing to fall out into the bin as the press is emptied between pressings.
