For the 30 bottle nettle wine recipe here are the ingredients you’ll need:
1/2 bucket of nettles
About 250g of ginger
3 lemons
3.5 kg sugar
Wine yeast, 4 tsp or 1 packet
Yeast nutrient 4 tsp
Wine stabiliser 3 tsp
Wine finings, any brand will do
2 fermentation buckets
Home brew spoon
Syphon kit
