I recently visited Big Banyan vineyards in Bangalore for a vineyard tour and wine tasting. Through this travel vlog, I have documented and shared my experience of wine tasting and visiting beautiful vineyards.

We were first shown a short video about Big Banyan wines and the winemaking process. They also showed us the production area (recording was not allowed there)
We then tasted six different wines from Big Banyan including their red wines, white white, rose wine, and dessert wine. I definitely enjoyed the experience where we learned about the different type of wine glasses, how to check the wine against the light, swirl the wine glass, take the aroma of the wine and relate it to fruits/vegetables we know, taste it, swirling it on your tongue to get a different taste on different parts of the tongue and finally swallowing and seeing how long does the taste last.
After this, we went to see the vineyard itself and watch the growing grapes plantation.
The whole tour and tasting last about 1.5 hours and I would definitely suggest you take this experience for yourself if you are living or visiting Bangalore.
