Its Easter season and we wanted to make some Gooseberry wine. This delicious and simple recipe is also good for health and also helps to boost our immune system. Ingredients
500 gram Gooseberry /Amla
1 kg sugar
5 to 10 pods of cloves
5 to 10 pods of cardamom
3 Sticks of cinnamon
1 teaspoon yeast
