The Vada valley is the most important wine land of Macedonia. There, wine was already cultivated in the 13th century B.C. At a much more modern vineyard, an experienced oenologist produces and sells historical wines with much commitment. Traditional grape varieties, which were already consumed by the ancient Greeks and Romans, are to be made popular again.
