An Introduction to the White Wines of Germany

This event sees Catherine Housden and Anna Spooner from the Tasting & Events team, introducing some of Germany’s white varieties and taking a look at four of the regions where they are produced.

Covering Riesling (dry and sweet), Weissburgunder and Grauburgunder and the regions of Rheingau, Baden, Pfalz and Mosel; they also explain the sweetness based quality system and give some tips to decipher German wine labels.
