Alcohol Free Glühwein recipe | Mulled Wine without Alcohol | 0%

Wine Recipes
Does alcohol evaporate when cooking? Well, if you want to make an Alcohol Free Glühwein aka Mulled Wine, I recommend you to follow this recipe. Because this recipe contains 0% alcohol. Food baked or simmered in alcohol for 15 minutes still retains 40% of the initial alcohol level and therefore I am not using a regular bottle of Red Wine. For this Non-Alcoholic Hot Wine recipe I am using Grape Juice and Apple Juice combined with some Christmas spices 🙂

Some countries are selling Alcohol Free Red Wine. If you have bought one of these bottles, you could also follow my traditional Gluhwein recipe (with alcohol); https://youtu.be/v80AN6GlwlE
