INGREDIENTS
300g Chicken Drumsticks
1/2 Green Onion
1/2 cup Milk
12 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tbsp Salt
A pinch of Pepper,
6 Tbsp Potato starch
4 Tbsp Water
GARLIC SOY SAUCE
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
4 Tbsp Corn Starch Syrup
3 Tbsp Sugar
4 Tbsp Cooking Wine
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut chicken into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, and marinate in milk for 30 mins.
2. Thinly slice green onions and soak to reduce spiciness.
3. Slice garlic and green pepper thinly.
4. Mix sauce ingredients and microwave for 2 mins.
5. Combine chicken, green pepper, garlic, starch, and water in a bowl.
6. Heat oil in a pan, spread the mixture, and cook until crispy on both sides, pressing down with a pancake press.
7. Serve with green onions and dip in sauce. Enjoy!
