Cheese and wine pairing evening – The best of British

Wine Types
We’re back again with Ben from The Fine Cheese Co to guide us through our ever-popular cheese and wine pairing evenings.

In this dairy-filled event we will be exploring four of the best cheeses that Britain has to offer. We’ll be pairing them with wines from around the world, showing that English and Welsh cheese can stand proudly beside their famous international counterparts.

As with previous cheese and wine pairing evenings, the cheeses will be presented by Ben from the Fine Cheese Co and the wines by our very own Tastings Team.

This is an ideal event to share with friends and family or, if you prefer, to indulge alone, enjoying it over a few evenings as the recording will be available on our YouTube channel.

Wine pairings are as follows:

Gorwydd Caerphilly with Bacchus, Chapel Down, Kent 2020

Ogleshield with Château Ksara Old Vine Carignan, Lebanon 2018

Hand-selected Berkswell with Chianti Colli Senesi Tenuta Le Calcinaie, Simone Santini 2020

St Andrews Farmhouse Cheddar with The Society’s Exhibition Alto Maipo Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 or Undurraga TH Alto Maipo Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
