This video is about Wines By The Glass at Peel’s Restaurant, Hampton Manor. It is a staff training resource with open access to all. Sam Olive is the responsible for the wine cellars at Hampton Manor where he will be launching his wine retail business later this year. He also runs a wine tasting and events company called Wine Freedom. This video is presented by Sam Olive and Ross Morton (Peel’s Restaurant’s Sommelier). All the wines presented are minimal intervention or increasingly referred to as ‘natural’. This means they may be organic, biodynamic or at least produced using traditional methods of production that try to leave the fruit from the field to speak for itself.
