Blueberry wine can be so easy and cheap to make at home. For as little as .40 cents a bottle you can make semi-sweet fruit wine at 12% alcohol. This wine is sure to be the STAR of your next event!

1 Gallon Blueberry Wine
INGREDIENTS:
4 lbs berries
2 lbs sugar and 1 gallon water
¼ tsp Tannin
½ tsp Citric Acid
½ tsp Pectic Enzyme
1 tsp Yeast Nutrient
1/5th Packet of Yeast – I Like Red Star Montrachet
