INGREDIENTS
Half a bottle to 1 bottle of red dry wine
500ml of grape juice/blackcurrant juice / cranberry juice
1 to 2 oranges
50 to 80g of sugar ( or sweetener of your choice)
1 cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
1 star Anise
6 whole cloves
