Cosimo Maria Masini is the owner at Cosimo Maria Masini Wines in San Miniato, Tuscany, a biodynamic estate making Sangiovese and other varieties in the north of the Chianti region. Cosimo talked to Ask a Winemaker at Red and White in Chicago in 2013.
