Ingredients
200ml water
400ml white wine
300g Sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
1 vanilla pod ( remove the seeds)
1 lemon ( organic)
6-8 pears
8 cardamon pods or 2 tsp of cardamon
3 cloves
Serve with ice cream or cream anglaise and chocolate.
Poach for 20-30min until your pears are soft and you can stick a knife easily through.
