Winter Wonderland Day Hike | Cooking Mulled Wine in the woods and hiking in the Snow

Wine Recipes
Join us for a calm and peaceful last hike of this year. Otto and I walked through the perfect Winter Wonderland and enjoyed our local woodlands covered in 45cm of snow.
It was so beautiful and I also did a little bit of outdoor cooking 🙂

Thank you so much for your incredible support throughout this year!
Happy New Year and all the best for 2024!

Lots of love,
Elli and Otto

My favorite Mulled Wine recipe:
– 750ml of red wine
– juice from 1 orange
– 1 orange sliced
– 3 cinnamon sticks
– 3 star nise
– 4 whole cloves
– 2 table spoons of sugar
– 30g of fresh ginger (sliced)
– pulp/peel of a vanilla bean
—- Add all the ingredients to a pot and let it simmer on low/medium heat for 20-30min. Don’t bring the wine to a boil!
