Why grow grapes on Mount Etna? Winemaker Frank Cornelissen explains the process by which he decided to pursue viticulture on Mount Etna. In part, the sandy soils that can inhibit the spread of Phyloxera as we as the similarities to places he saw in Georgia, Russia.
