Tomatoes are readily available these days. Make this delicious salad.
I made this with tomatoes we have in our garden this year.
Recipe:
Few tomatoes (about 5-6)
1 clove of garlic
1/4 of red onion
1/2 lemon
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tbs olive oi
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
salt to taste
few fresh basil leaves
1tbs feta cheese crumbles
